Welcome to Power!

It is my honor to welcome you to Benjamin Franklin Charter School and our wonderful Power Campus. My name is Mrs. Mary Kathryn Boucher and I am delighted to serve as the principal of the Power Campus. I am looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure our children can achieve their highest potential. 

I am married to a wonderful man and we have five adorable kids at home and 2 loveable pups. I feel very blessed that our children will attend the Benjamin Franklin program. It truly is a family here and I can't wait to welcome you all!

Here at the Power campus, we work to create an environment that allows every student to feel welcome and valued. Students are encouraged to make good choices that will impact their lives in a positive way. Our students are taught the importance of self-discipline, independent work, and focused study habits. My desire is that each student will leave our campus with the confidence to know that hard work, creative thinking, and a positive attitude can open the doors to a bright future! 

I have the highest of expectations for myself, the students, and our parents. Honest, open communication between home and school is absolutely essential in the operation of a successful school. I am committed to play a part in helping you teach your children the skills and knowledge needed to find success in elementary school and beyond.
